I’m facing an issue with a StreamKit use case while forwarding a SIP INVITE from our Contact Center to Exotel.

In this setup, we are using StreamKit( Exotel Docs ) to forward the SIP INVITE from the Contact Center to Exotel in order to connect the call to a Voicebot. However, the SIP INVITE is getting rejected by Exotel with a 403 Forbidden response.

Sharing the sanitized SIP INVITE below for reference.

Any insights on possible configuration issues, authorization requirements, or account-level restrictions that could cause this 403 error would be appreciated.

Please check this: the AccountSid is Exotel171m.
Since AccountSid is case-sensitive in Exotel, make sure it’s passed exactly as shown on the API Credentials page.
You can refer to the article for the correct format and usage.
